A. 30 Reverse Lunges (15/side)
rest :90 seconds x 5 sets (light to moderate weight)

Front rack- 55#, 65#, 75#, 85, 105

B1. Reverse Hyper x 30 reps rest 1 minute (90#)
B2. Sorenson Hold x :30 seconds rest 1 minute
B3. Xband Walk x 15 steps/side (green band) rest 1 minute x 4 sets
Done.
C. 300m Sandbag Carry (60# to keep it light) done.
