B2. Ring Dips x 4 Strict Reps + 4 Kipping Reps rest 2:00 x 4 sets this was super easy
C. Feet Elevated Ring Rows x 8 Slow reps - rest 2:00 x 4 sets (use a weight vest for these) done.
